We’re delighted to announce that this year we will be holding four Emergency Services days to recognise and reward our Emergency Services and all the great work you do to help everyone.

The dates for these special days are  7th, 8th, 14th & 15th June 2025

We are offering significantly discounted day passes for Emergency Services and Blue Light Card holders on these days – priced at just £15 for unlimited rides all day!  Anyone with a valid Emergency Services ID or Blue Light Card will be able to purchase as many day passes as they like to bring their family and friends along to the park on any of these special days.

To purchase your Emergency Services day passes click on the BUY TICKETS button at the top of the screen, select the date you’d like to come from the dates shown above, and you’ll see the Emergency Services day passes appear as one of the options to add to your basket.

You will receive a booking confirmation email after you’ve completed your purchase – please remember to bring that with you on the day, along with your Emergency Services ID or Blue Light Card.

As this is a special offer, the Emergency Services day passes are only available and valid on days shown above.  Our standard ticket terms and conditions apply.

This offer is only available for purchases made online, the offer will not be available to purchase on the day in the park.

Purchasers must produce a valid Emergency Services ID or Blue Light Card along with their booking confirmation email in order to redeem their purchase on the day. It must be their own ID.  Sorry but we cannot accept someone else’s ID that isn’t present on the day.  If you are not able to produce a valid ID you will need to upgrade to general admission pricing. Refunds will not be given under any circumstances.

Each valid Emergency Services ID or Blue Light Card holder can obtain unlimited day passes at the promotional rate of £15 each. Limited to one booking per valid ID.  

Our Emergency services day is open to workers in Ambulance, Police, Fire Service, all armed forces (regular, reserves and veterans), Doctors and Nurses, NHS workers, Prison officers, Lifeboat station workers, border patrol and Blue Light Card holders.  Valid ID include NHS employee badge, Blue Light Card, Defence Discount Card etc.
