IMPORTANT: 2026 SEASON OPERATING TERMS

Effective from 1st April 2026  Adventure Coast Southport has transitioned to a Free Entry & Fun Card (Point-based) System.

The terms outlined in this Section: 2026 SEASON shall supersede and take precedence over any previous terms found elsewhere on this website or in older documentation regarding “Admission Tickets,” “Gate Entry Fees,” or “Unlimited Ride Wristbands.”

FUNCARD TERMS & CONDITIONS – ADVENTURE COAST SOUTHPORT (2026)

The Fun Card System

  • Free Park Entry: Entry to Adventure Coast Southport is Free from 2026. Visitors only pay for the rides they wish to use.
  • Individual Cards: Every rider must have their own Fun Card.
  • Cost & Minimum Purchase: Physical Fun Cards cost £2 each. There is a minimum initial bundle of £5 to activate or top up a card.
  • How to Pay: Cards can be purchased and topped up at the Central Ticket Office via credit/debit card or cash. Cash is not accepted at any ride.
  • Availability: While Fun Cards are currently available for purchase at the Central Ticket Office only, Adventure Coast Southport reserves the right to introduce Online Sales during the season.
  • Redemption: Any Fun Card bundles purchased via our official website must be redeemed at the park using the provided booking confirmation/QR code.
  • Deadlines:  Same-day online purchases may not be eligible for “Advance” discounts.
  • Third-Party Sales: We do not accept responsibility for Fun Cards or points purchased through unauthorised third-party resellers or social media marketplaces.
  • Ride Prices: Please scan the QR Codes on TV screens at the Ticket Office or around the park to view current ride points requirements.

Points Bundles & Value Pricing

  • The Point System: Rides at Adventure Coast Southport are priced in Points. The number of points required for each attraction varies and is displayed at the ride entrance.
  • Tiered Value Bundles: We offer various Points Bundles for purchase. These bundles are designed to offer better value for money; the larger the bundle you purchase, the lower the “cost per point” becomes.
  • Flexible Pricing: Adventure Coast Southport reserves the right to alter bundle prices, point values, or ride points requirements at any time. Current bundle offers and ride point costs are displayed on-site via our QR Code system and digital screens.
  • Point Redemption: Points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for ride access. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used for retail and catering.

Points Validity & Restrictions

  • Seasonal Expiry: All points are valid only for the operating season they purchased in. Any points not used by the end of the season will expire.
  • Special Events: Points are not valid for use on special event days.
  • No Refunds: Points are strictly non-refundable and have no cash value.
  • Exclusions: Fun Card points cannot be used for retail shops, game stalls, arcades, or food and drink outlets.
  • Non-Transferable: Points cannot be transferred between cards, and special bundle offers cannot be split.
  • Lost Cards: Adventure Coast Southport accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged Fun Cards.
  • Ride Availability: We reserve the right to close attractions for maintenance or weather without notice. No refunds are given for specific ride closures.
  • Height Restrictions: All riders must meet safety/height requirements.

Safety & Rules

Wheeled Vehicles: For the safety of our guests, the use of bicycles, push-scooters, skateboards, or rollerblades is strictly prohibited within the park grounds.

  • Accessibility: Mobility Scooters and wheelchairs used by disabled persons or those with reduced mobility are, of course, fully welcome.
  • E-Scooters: Please note that private E-scooters are not permitted anywhere on the park premises.
  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the park for safety or security reasons.
