General Terms and Conditions

  1. Tickets purchased are only valid on the date shown on the ticket.
  2. All tickets, including any complimentary tickets, are only valid in the season in which the tickets were offered and or issued.
  3. Adventure Coast Southport Admission Tickets are not for resale by the end user, are non-refundable and have no cash value. Replacements for lost tickets will not be issued and there will be no refunds for unused tickets. We cannot refund tickets for the reason of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
  4. For technical, operational, weather or other reasons, any attraction, ride or facility may be closed, altered, removed or be otherwise unavailable at any time without prior notice. When any particular ride is temporarily closed for any reason this is to ensure the safety of our guests, and so no refunds will be given under any circumstances due to the closure of the rides.
  5. Adventure Coast Southport is for the most part a cashless attraction, please ensure you bring a credit or debit card with you for the purchase of extras while on site. Please note we do not accept American Express.
  6. Children under 16 must be supervised by a responsible person, aged 18 or over, at all times.
  7. Children under 90cm tall in height (wearing shoes) are eligible for a concession ticket. To ascertain eligibility a child’s height may be measured at Admissions (shoes must be worn).
  8. Limited opening times of some attractions and rides may operate at certain times of the year.
  9. Please read the signs at ride entry and observe the rules for your safety. The Ride Operator’s instructions must be obeyed at all times and the Management reserve the right to refuse entry onto the ride to any person without reason. Safety rules are strictly observed.
  10. Where a ride has a height restriction unless accompanied, the accompanying rider must be aged 16 years or over.
  11. Some rides have height, age and containment restrictions. Visit our rides pages for more details.
  12. There is an extra charge for some of the attractions and some other coin operated and seasonal amusements.
  13. Details of your name and address are recorded and may be used for updating you with Adventure Coast Southport information. These records are for Adventure Coast Southport’s sole use. Under the terms of the Data Protection Act, you have the right to advise us at any time if you do not wish to receive further contact from Adventure Coast Southport.
  14. Guests must ensure any issues are brought to the attention of a member of the management team on the day of their visit BEFORE they leave the park. We are not able to resolve issues regarding visits retrospectively if they are not brought to the attention of a member of the management team on the day of the visit.
  15. Our staff are trained to provide accurate information to guests, however, if erroneous information is provided accidentally we cannot accept liability for this and the terms and conditions state on our website prevail.
  16. We are pleased to be able to offer guests use of our car parks for a daily fixed charge. However, Adventure Coast Southport cannot accept any responsibility for damage or theft to any vehicles whilst on these premises. All vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.
  17. Adventure Coast Southport cannot accept responsibility for items lost inside the Park or Car Parks. For information regarding lost property please email hello@adventurecoastsouthport.co.uk
  18. On days the park is open car parks open at 10am and are locked at 7pm. A penalty of £50 will apply for any cars left in the car park overnight.
  19. Adventure Coast Southport reserves the right to vary admission rates without prior notice.
  20. Any promotions placed on our website unless otherwise stated are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion nor any UK Bank and Public Holidays, Sat during Bank Holiday Weekends. Dates of when the promotions apply will be specified with each offer.
  21. You shall indemnify us and keep us indemnified against all actions, claims, losses, costs (including all legal costs actually incurred or otherwise), damages and expenses that are suffered or incurred by us whether or not reasonable or otherwise foreseeable or avoidable which arise directly or indirectly from any breach or alleged breach by you of our Privacy Policy and/or any of the Terms and Conditions
  22. We shall not be liable to you where performance of any of our obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by reasons of acts of God, war and any other hostilities, civil commotion, accident, strikes, lock outs, trade disputes, acts of restraints of Government, imposition or restrictions of imports or exports or any other cause not within the our reasonable control.
  23. The opening and closing times of Adventure Coast Southport posted on our Web Site, social media pages and Google are estimated and may vary from time to time at our sole discretion.
  24. If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, all other parts of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and shall remain in force.
  25. These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
  26. Adventure Coast Southport may, at any time, and at our sole discretion, modify our Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy, with or without notice. Any such modification will be effective immediately upon public posting. Your continued use of our service and this website following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of these modified Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to:

  • Alter or amend these policies, terms and conditions at any time and without notice
  • Refuse a sale to any person without reason
  • Refuse entry to any person or remove any person from Adventure Coast Southport without reason
  • Refuse access to any ride to any person without reason
  • Carry out reasonable searches of an individual or property prior to entry to Adventure Coast Southport
  • Carry out reasonable surveillance of an individual whilst in Adventure Coast Southport for security and safety purposes
  • Cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from us
  • Amend pricing of tickets without notice and at any time
  • Introduce seasonal offers on ticket prices without notice and at any time.

Park Rules

  • We operate a NO SMOKING POLICY within the Park.
  • The management of Adventure Coast Southport reserves the right to refuse entry into the Park to any person without reason and to carry out any searches of belongings or persons prior to or after entry to the Park for reasons of security.
  • Please note the following with regard to Park admission – If the attraction reaches full capacity during peak times admission may be refused.
  • Any guest who appears to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs may be refused admission to the Park or escorted from the Park without the right to refund.
  • The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and any person found possessing, using or who appears to be under the influence of illegal substances will be refused admission or escorted from the Park without the right to refund.
  • Any person found to be in the possession of an article deemed to be offensive or dangerous will be either refused admission or immediately escorted from the Park without the right to a refund and be open to prosecution.
  • Adventure Coast Southport is committed to ensuring that all our employees are treated with dignity and respect. We will therefore not tolerate any form of violence or aggression by our guests which may affect our staff or the enjoyment of our other guests. Admission will be refused or the guest will be escorted from the Park without right to refund.
  • Only alcohol purchased on the premises at one of our outlets is permitted in the park.Well behaved dogs are welcome in the park. They must be kept on a lead at all times and the owner is responsible for clearing up after your dog. Any owner not respecting this policy, or who’s dog is deemed by management not to be behaving, will be escorted from the Park without the right to a refund.
  • Skateboards, Roller Skates, Hoverboards, Roller Blades, Wheeled Shoes/’Heelys’, Bikes, Trikes or Scooters are banned from use in the Park for Health and Safety reasons.
  • Guests are requested to wear a shirt/top at all times.
  • Barbeques are not permitted in the Park or Car Park under any circumstances.
  • Please be aware that some rides and attractions do have flash photography and strobe lighting.
  • By entering the Park, you accept the condition that Adventure Coast Southport or any other authorised party may carry out photography and/or filming, and as a result may use the pictures and/or videos for any promotional or advertising purposes in any format without payment to you. You agree that copyright in these materials rests with Southport Pleasure Land or such authorised party. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please contact Guest Information on arrival.
  • Adventure Coast Southport will not be held responsible for any photography carried out at the Park by a third party.
  • Adventure Coast Southport premises are under constant CCTV surveillance for the protection of property, staff and guests. We reserve the right to refuse permission for any filming and photography in the park for external publication – the site is private property and not public land.
  • Adventure Coast Southport is a no fly drone zone. Anyone found flying a drone over Adventure Coast Southport will face legal action.

Violence and Aggression Policy

  • Adventure Coast Southport will not tolerate any form of aggression or any act or threat of violence to a member of our staff or guest at the Park. If such an incident should occur, steps will be taken to evict the person from the Park and if necessary the Police will be called. Examples of threatening or violent behaviour include:
  • Intimidation such as shouting or swearing.Threatening behaviour in the form of verbal threats, gestures and obstruction etc.Possession of any weapon, regardless of the lack of any overt threat to use it.Being incapable whilst under the influence of drink & / or drugs.Any unwanted physical contact.Personal insults.Sexual or racial harassment.

Online, In-Park Tickets and Gift Card Terms and Conditions

  1. ALL TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
  2. Unused tickets will not be replaced under any circumstances. This includes date specific, event and/or special offer/complimentary tickets which are valid only for the date specified on the ticket..
  3. Any complimentary tickets that may be issued by the management are only valid in the season in which they are issued, cannot be roll-over, do not have a monetary value and cannot be resold or exchanged.
  4. Adventure Coast Southport will not be responsible for any Adventure Coast Southport tickets / admission products, promotional tickets, vouchers, discounts purchased through a third party. Any issues arise with such tickets should be resolved directly with the party the products / tickets were purchased from.
  5. Adventure Coast Southport is an outdoor attraction and a large number of the rides are open air. Some rides and attractions are affected by the weather and may close during extreme weather conditions such as high winds, very heavy rain or thunder and lightning. During periods of heavy rain some rides may be suspended. Rides may also undergo routine maintenance throughout the season. When any particular ride is temporarily closed this is to ensure the safety of our guests, and so no refunds will be given under any circumstances due to the closure of rides.
  6. In the unlikely event that a transaction is not possible due to any technical reason the advance online prices will not be made available for tickets purchased on arrival at the Park.
  7. Adventurer passes include unlimited use of any rides open on the day they are valid. Height restrictions apply. Games stalls, experiences and retail outlets are not included.
  8. We accept Visa & Mastercard credit and debit cards. American Express cards are not accepted.
  9. What is a shadow payment? When paying for an order, your bank will send us an authorisation code to confirm there are funds in the account. Your bank will then proceed to ‘shadow’ the value of your order (this means they reserve the funds so that they cannot be spent elsewhere). The bank does this in anticipation of receiving a successful status against the transaction. When the bank is advised the transaction has been successful and that the funds are to be processed, this will ensure the funds are allocated correctly. However, if the transaction is not successfully completed (e.g. if the payment is declined or rejected) then the funds will go back into your account. Occasionally the ‘shadow’ may remain on your account for between 3-6 days depending on your bank.
  10. By entering the Park, you accept the condition that Adventure Coast Southport or any other authorised party may carry out photography and/or filming, and as a result may use the pictures and/or videos for any promotional or advertising purposes in any format without payment to you. You agree that copyright in these materials rests with Southport Pleasure Land or such authorised party. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please contact Guest Information on arrival.
  11. Cash is not accepted on any rides
  12. The issue of a ticket shall not guarantee, nor do we warrant:
    • The availability and/or quantity of any particular ride(s), event(s) or attractions(s) upon any visit to Adventure Coast Southport
    • That access shall be given to any particular ride(s), event(s) or attraction(s)
    • Exemption from height or other restrictions that may apply from time to time
    • The opening and closing times of Adventure Coast Southport, which may vary from time to time, at our sole discretion
    • The opening and closing of any ride(s), and attraction(s) may vary from time to time and are at our sole discretion
    • Tickets are valid only on rides inside Adventure Coast Southport and are not valid for games stalls, retail outlets or rides/attractions outside the park
    • Queues do occur at certain times, and wait times for rides and attractions may vary.
    • Tickets issues pursuant to a promotion must be used by the first recipient and shall not be resold or transferred
  13. In order to serve you efficiently, reputable third-party banking and distribution institutions handle our credit card transactions and order fulfilment. They receive the information needed to verify and authorise your payment card and to process your order. All such organisations are under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.

  15. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable
  16. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and cannot be extended if not used.
  17. Gift cards are only valid for online ticket purchases via our website, and are not able to be used in the park for purchase of tickets, food items, games stalls etc.

Terms and Conditions of website use

  • You are not permitted to alter or modify any text, graphics or photographs in any way and no extract can be used without attributing the extract to Adventure Coast Southport.
  • No part of this website can be used for any other purpose including transfer to another website without the prior permission of Adventure Coast Southport.
  • Adventure Coast Southport endeavours to ensure that all information on this web site is correct and accepts no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the contents of this website. Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. Unless otherwise stated competition prize is park tickets only and does not include any travel expenses, accommodation or car parking
  2. Day of the Dead 2025 competition requires guests to sign up to receive Adventure Coast Newsletter.  Prize is for 4 x Adventurer tickets for 1st November 2025 only.  Guests can unsubscribe from newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the bottom of the newsletter email.

Social Media Competition Terms and Conditions

Promoter

The promoter of all competitions is Adventure Coast Southport running the promotion (the “Promoter”).

Eligibility

Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, unless otherwise stated in the individual competition rules.Employees of the Promoter, its managing agents, contractors, retailers, agencies, and anyone professionally connected with the competition, including their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.Only one entry per person is permitted per competition.Entry into the competition is deemed as full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

How to Enter

Entry instructions will be clearly outlined in the relevant competition post. This may include actions such as liking, commenting, sharing, tagging, or submitting content. No purchase is necessary.Entrants must ensure that any individuals tagged in an entry are willing participants in the competition.Entries that are incomplete, false, deceptive, automated, generated by scripts or bots, or not submitted in accordance with the stated instructions may be deemed invalid.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, system errors, platform outages, or connectivity issues.

Competition Management

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, amend, or withdraw any competition at any time where reasonably necessary.The closing date and any key dates will be specified in the relevant competition post. The Promoter reserves the right to amend competition end dates where circumstances outside of its control make this unavoidable.

Prizes

Prize details will be stated in the relevant competition post.All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No cash or alternative prizes are available.In the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winner selection will be carried out fairly and at random, unless otherwise stated.Winners will be notified by the Promoter or its representatives via social media direct message, email, or telephone, as appropriate to the competition.Winners must respond within 7 days of notification. If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

Prize Collection or Delivery

Prizes must be collected from, or delivery arranged with, the Promoter within 14 days of confirmation, unless otherwise agreed.The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes that are not claimed or collected within this period.

Use of Entries and Promotional Activity

By entering a competition, entrants acknowledge and agree that their social media username, profile image, and any submitted content may be published on the Promoter’s social media channels and may be visible to the public.All entries and submitted materials may be used by the Promoter for promotional, marketing, publicity, and PR purposes across digital, social, and in-centre channels, without additional compensation.Winners may be required to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the competition.All entries and submitted materials become the sole property of the Promoter.

Content Moderation and Conduct

The Promoter does not accept responsibility for content posted by entrants on competition posts.Any content deemed abusive, offensive, unlawful, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate may be removed at the Promoter’s discretion, and entries containing such content may be disqualified.False or misleading entries will render an entry ineligible.

Data Protection

Personal data provided will be used solely for the administration of competitions and associated promotional activity, in accordance with UK data protection legislation.Data will not be shared with third parties except where required to administer the competition or fulfil a prize.

Platform Disclaimer

Competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform. By entering, participants release all such platforms from any responsibility.

General

The Promoter’s decision in all matters relating to competitions is final and no correspondence will be entered into.These Terms and Conditions, and all competitions run under them, are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

User Generated Content (UGC) Addendum

Photo and Video CompetitionsThis section applies where a competition requires entrants to submit original photographs, videos, audio, written content, or other creative material (“UGC”).

Originality and Rights

By entering a UGC competition, entrants confirm that all submitted content is their own original work and that they own all necessary rights to the content.Entrants must ensure that any individuals featured in submitted content have given their permission to appear and for the content to be used in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Where content includes individuals under the age of 18, entrants confirm that parental or guardian consent has been obtained.UGC must not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

Content Standards

Submitted content must not contain material that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate.The Promoter reserves the right to reject, remove, or disqualify any entry that breaches these standards or these Terms and Conditions.

Licence and Use of UGC

By submitting UGC, entrants grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from the content for promotional, marketing, publicity, PR, and in-centre purposes, across all media formats, now known or developed in the future.This includes the right to crop, edit, overlay graphics or text, and adapt content for different platforms without further approval.

Credit

Where reasonably practicable, the Promoter may credit entrants using their social media handle or name. Failure to provide credit shall not constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Moral Rights

To the extent permitted by law, entrants waive any moral rights in their submitted content, including the right to object to derogatory treatment of the content.

Third-Party Platforms

UGC submitted via social media platforms may also be subject to the terms and conditions of those platforms.

Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of UGC submitted by entrants, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Removal

The Promoter may remove submitted content from its channels at its discretion. Requests for removal will be considered but cannot be guaranteed where content has already been distributed or republished.
